Glass Bail Jar: Also known as Kilner Jars or Bale jars, this versatile glass jar holds 8 oz by volume. A rubber seal keeps watery and oily liquids from leaking out. Try using this jar for storing your herbs, colorants and clays or as packaging for your favorite creams, sugar scrub cubes, and salts. The possibilities are endless!
We do recommend testing the jar with your specific recipe to check for leaking and compatibility.
These jars are lead free.
Note: If ordering smaller than case quantities, containers are placed in a paper or plastic bag together before being added to the shipping box and packaged for safe delivery to you.
Reply from Bramble Berry Hi Josee! I'm so sorry you received some jars that leaked and were rusted! We use these often in the soap lab and haven't had a problem with leaking as seen in this Coconut Oil & Pink Salt Scrub tutorial. Though we know it can happen, especially with the amount of these jars we send out! I will email you personally to resolve this issue.

Hi Heidi! I'm sorry this product wasn't your favorite. We've found it creates a tight seal, as seen in this Olive Oil Scrub Tutorial. I'll be emailing you personally to help resolve this issue!
