Absolutely stunning!
For starters, I'm strictly at the melt and pour stage of my soap making, I'm completely new to it and this works for me now. Well, with my first order from BB I got a free sample of the Dark Chocolate fragrance oil. I was stumped as I could not figure out what to do with it. So, I looked for a mica. OMG, this mica goes 100% with the Dark Chocolate oil. I used the clear base (because mica just looks stunning when paired with it) and end results looks like milk chocolate with gold flecks. This just looks awesome and ... well, I wanna take a bite out of this soap, so I call it the no cal chocolate ;o)

Absolutely beautiful
So I was unsure about using a brown in soap making. I'm doing melt and pour right now but used this in the gingerbread man project. I actually really liked it. It shimmers and swirls so pretty in clear soap. I haven't tried it in white soap yet but so far, very happy. Beautiful coloring.

Perfect "foodie" brown!
When I made gingerbread men soaps with this mica and the merlot it made my Gingersnap scented soaps look so real! It would be great also for a hot chocolate soap or other cookie type soaps! It's the perfect dark chocolate brown in clear M&P and with a tiny bit of white base makes a nice, yet slightly lighter opaque soap!

Beautiful Color
I've used this mica for my Gingerbread men in clear melt and pour soap and I love the shimmery color that it produces. It could be easily used as "chocolate" coloring for cupcake soap, or as a fall color in conjunction with Bramble Berry's copper sparkle mica. It really is a versatile color. I used this color in a test bar with white melt and pour and the result was a bar that looked like light chocolate milk mixed with light purple. I'll be sticking to using it with clear or cold process soaps from now on because the results are beautiful!

Gray-er than I expected
I would describe this as a very "cool" brown, almost like a mouse brown, much gray-er than I expected it to be. It did still combine nicely with a pink shade to create a nice apple brandy soap for fall.

Hi Angie! We've actually found this product to be a gorgeous chocolate brown in cold process soap and you can see a picture of it in the soap above. If the color was a little too light for you, we suggest using the colorant up to 1 Tablespoon per pound of cold process or 1 teaspoon per pound of melt & pour base. Remember that if you are adding it to a white base that it is going to be a bit more of a cool grey. For example of Cappuccino Mica in a Clear Melt & Pour Base, you can check out this Perfect Gingerbread Man Soap.
