Description

Out of Stock until December 15th.

Celestial Waters:
This is not an oceanic scent but more of a sweet mountain spring scent. Imagine a hike on the banks of a babbling brook through the Appalachians, with the sweet clean scent of hemlock, magnolia, and honeysuckle lingering in the air. This particular fragrance can rice and accelerate in cold process recipes, so work at lower temperature and be prepared to move fast.

Liquid Castile Testing Notes: We tested this fragrance in our liquid Castile soap base, we recommend making a small test batch just to be sure you like the results. Mixes in nicely. No discoloration, but is slightly cloudy.

This fragrance is phthalate free.

Flashpoint: This medium-flashpoint oil (135ºF) cannot ship via USPS regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Top seller-sweet fragrance (cold process)
This is a wonderful, strong, sweet fragrance. It's a top seller for me. It performs nicely in CP, no rising, no acceleration noted. I use this in CPOP and in dairy soaps that I pop in the freezer- full gel or no gel, this is a lovely scent.

One of my favorites!!!
It did rice up a tiny bit, but nothing drastic. I was able to work it out fine and still do a swirl technique. This is definitely going on my regular list of soaps offered!!! I absolutely love it!

Great scent, but does rice
Just as the description says, this does rice in cp. I was able to manage it with patients. The scent out of the bottle was ok, but it really opens up in cp. I used 2 oz in a 2.5 lb batch. So far the scent is very citrusy and clean. Overall I like it. I do smell a bit of the "Energy" fo that BB sells in here. Although I'm not a fan of Energy, it works in this scent. I soaped at 100 degrees in my oils and my lye. The way I managed the ricing and acceleration is I stick blended the oils and lye until it was "just" mixed together. Then I divided the batch into 2 containers. I added my colorant and stick blended it until the colorant was completely mixed in thoroughly. The batter was very thin at this point. I then added the fo to each batch. It instantly riced but because the soap wasn't at trace yet I was able to use small blend bursts and I got the lumps to blend in nicely. It was thin enough to get a pot swirl. The soap overheated a little bit and I have a crack but not a big deal.

Best seller!
I cannot keep this on my shelves. I use in CP and have never had problems with ricing or acceleration. I use the swirl quick mix and have plenty of time to play with colors. I cannot recommend this one enough!
