Terah from Bramble Berry replies...Hi Dani! I'm so glad you find our Clear Melt and Pour Soap Base easy to use! Though, I'm sorry it makes your skin feel tight. You can try adding extra oils/butters up to 1 tsp per pound of soap to help add some moisture. You may also prefer one of our bases that have other ingredients that promote moisture and softening like the Goat Milk Melt and Pour or the Shea Melt And Pour.
