I used this color block in my Bramble berry clear M&P. It looked a light ugly tan color, but thought after it was melted and incorporated it would brighten up. It was a putrid dark orange. No brightness at all. I tried to salvage my batch by adding fizzy lemonade color to brighten it. Unfortunately I ran out of that and ended up just pouring it in a bar mold. :(
I bought this color block with my last order a few weeks ago. It is nothing like the picture shows. Mine is like a light yellow and when used in melt and pour. The picture shows a vibrant orange and that's not what I got. So disappointed and this is the only orange you stock? Im rating it a 2 because I am not happy with the color .
In my goat milk base, this turned out to be a nice pastel orange. It was still very vibrant and fun.
Works better for me in clear soap, I sold out in the first day using 10X Orange scent and this coloring in bars. I'm not a huge fan of the pale orange that goes on in the white soap bases, though I'm sure if you use more you'll get it darker.
