Hi Donna! I'm glad you are enjoying this mold. Sometimes the firm molds can be a little tricky to release your soap, but I have a few tips! For these type of molds, soaps with a lot of hard oils (coconut, palm, PKO, tallow, cocoa butter etc) work well to remove the soap. Otherwise, sometimes you have to wait up to a week or two. I would recommend placing your soap in the freezer for about 10 minutes all the way up to 24 hours to freeze solid, this can make it easier to remove! Gently tapping the back of the mold to release the airlock can also help release them :).
