Hi Marcie, I’m sorry to hear you had a hard time removing your soap from the mold. I would recommend spraying each layer with 99% isopropyl to help the layers adhere to each other. This will help the letters come out of the mold easily. Another trick is placing your soap in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This will result in the soap constricting slightly and make for an easier removal. I hope this helps!
