Terah from Bramble Berry replies...Hi Stephanie! We’re sorry you found this mold tricky to use. The heavy duty nature of these molds can make release a little more difficult, especially if you are making cold process soap, but in all of our tests we found that the freezer trick works like a charm. See Anne-Marie demonstrating release from a heavy duty mold near the end of How to Make Cold Process Soap: Using Colorants, Episode 4 of Soap Queen TV. The trick is to pull the sides of the mold apart to break the airlock while pushing down firmly. Thanks for your feedback!
