LoveSpell (Type): We've been inspired to action by customers asking for an 'inspired by' fragrance of Victoria Secret's Love Spell fragrance. We love our version of this popular scent. It has fruity sweet notes of Italian Bergamot, White Lady Peach and Strawberry mixed with middle notes of Apple Blossom, African Tamarind and a touch of Damask Rose. The base is Tonka Bean, Coconut Milk and White Musk. It soaps like a dream in cold process but does discolor eventually to more of a bright yellow color after time.

NOTE: This medium-flashpoint oil (186ºF) will ship FedEx only, regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout. It cannot ship via USPS (i.e. Priority Mail or Flat Rate)

Thank you so much BB for the sample!!! This is an absolutely delightful fragrance!!! It has a delicate & ultra-feminine sweetness! It brings a smile to my face every time I smell it. I can hardly wait to order a large bottle of this to begin making product with it. If only I would have discovered this delightful FO sooner, I am hooked!

Smells Just like Victoria's Secret!
I was amazed when I recieved this, smells EXACTLY like VS Love Spell. I have uised it to make MP soap and bath salts. I did change the name to Wicked, but as soon as my customes smell it they say "That smells like Love Spell!" very sweet and a little goes a long way. I love it!

Just not a fan
I'm not a fan of the strawberry notes in this fragrance. That's just me. With a name like LoveSpell, I had to give it a try. I had two problems with the FO that would cause me to give this a lower review: 1) with the warnings about yellow, I really went too heavy colorants to try to overcome that problem. Bigger problem: 2) I had the worst ash ever with this FO. Now, before BB offers to help me troubleshoot here's the recipe I used that day: 25% CO, OO and PO; 15% Shea Butter, 9% Hemp Oil, 6% Castor Oil. Using Distilled Water, of course. The only additives were Kaolin Clay. Used Australian Red Clay and Charcoal for colorants. Soaped at 85 degrees or so. In any case, I still don't like the smell... and that's okay, you offer so many others that I do like.

love it
I used this with rose clay and pink Himalayan salt. I must say it is by far the best I have made yet. Everyone I have tried it can not get enough.

Have not used yet???
Can you mix it in melt and pour and how much should you add? For CP / MP... For instance 2 drops, 1/2 once, or 1 drop...? The whole bottle....??? I'm making a batch about the size of a loaf of bread...If that help...please respond I really would like a successful batch the first time!

Hi Tina, We typically recommend a usage rate of .5 oz. per pound of melt and pour soap or .7 oz. per pound of cold process soap. You can also refer to this awesome blog post for fragrance and essential oil usage rates!
