How to set-up the pouring tray
ONE: Combine DPG and Cream of Tartar in a heat safe container and stir with a whisk. Heat in the microwave on 30 second bursts, until the Cream of Tartar is fully dissolved.
TWO: In a separate bowl, combine Citric acid and Baking Soda in a medium bowl and mix together well making sure there are no clumps.
Tip: Sift your powders through a sieve to break down any clumps.

THREE: Move Citric Acid mixture to one side of the bowl. To the other side, add the milky white DPG mixture, and fragrance. At first it may not combine, but work the mixture with your hands to mix the powder and liquid.
FOUR: Slowly add Meringue Powder until you get a firm, pastry-like dough. You may add a little more or less Meringue depending on humidity conditions.
FIVE: Divide up dough and add color one drop at a time, mixing well until you get the color you like.

NOTE: Be sure to make Bath Fizzy Clay the same day you want to use it! You can extend its shelf life by wrapping it in plastic wrap and putting it in the refrigerator. We recommend you use your Bath Fizzy Clay within 1 or 2 days.
If left out, mixture will slowly react and bath fizzy sculptures will “grow” or expand. It will harden within one or two days but will still work wonderfully in the tub as a rock hard bath fizzy.

Easy to Mold, too!

Bath Fizzy Clay makes unique looking bath bombs when you use it in a silicone mold. To make the bath fizzies above, press your Bath Fizzy Clay into the Large 9 Ball Silicone Mold and let harden for several days. Only fill the mold up 3/4 full so that as it expands it doesn't over flow. But don’t worry if it does, you can cut the excess off after you unmold. When rock hard, unmold and wrap in plastic or a cellophane bag to give away or sell.
