Optiphen Plus - A water soluble, paraben- and formaldehyde-free preservative particularly within lower-pH systems. Can be added to formulations during pre- or post-emulsification at or below 176 F degrees as protection against bacteria, yeast and mold growth. Performs best in formulations below 6.0 pH. Usage rate: 0.75 - 1.5%

Please note: May solidify at temperatures below 77 F, if this occurs gently heat at 104 to 122 F and stir to ensure a consistent mixture.
