  • I received my order of the 60 blue glass bottles. When I went back a few days later to order some of your micas I noticed that the bottles had gone on sale at 1/2 the cost. To put it mildly, I was disappointed with my timing!

    When my order arrived I saw that because the bottles had gone on sale shortly after I ordered, you charged me the sale price and not the full price. You didn't have to do that, yet you did. I don't think my mouth stopped smiling all night!

    Please know how very much I appreciate what you did. It's wonderful to do business with people who are still human in their dealings and not motivated strictly by money. You had every right to say, "Sorry about that, but ..."; instead, you went more than the extra mile to make a customer happy. And I am a HAPPY customer!

  • I have a show on Sunday and found out on 4:45 Thursday afternoon that a shipment of items that I needed from another supplier that were ordered on tuesday for two day shipment were shipped today (Thursday) Meaning I wouldn't have the supplies for this show. In a frenzy, my husband and I panicked trying to find a place that could get the items to me. ASAP. We called Brambleberry and my husband spoke with Anne Marie who had the Fed EX guy right infront of her. She set the whole thing up, I got the supplies I needed and will have them by tomorrow.

    As Im sure you know, the holidays are crunch time for soapers. We rely on our suppliers so we can make the bread and butter. It is so comforting to know that we have people like Anne Marie who are willing to go all out for their customers. It is this kind of customer service that will keep customers like me coming back.

    Another woman I spoke to in one of my groups today is going through the same thing with another supplier and I quickly referred her to Brambleberry. I will continue to refer my soaping friends! ALSO, I just wanted to add that your Rise and Shine fragrance is one of TOP sellers...

I am also very happy about the way it came: in a plastic jar-like container instead of a plastic bag.   • Yesterday I received my order from you and I'm really pleased! One of the EOs I ordered was out of stock, so I was sent a free mold and a lovely fragrance oil sample. The mold you sent was one of the molds that I almost ordered! And the fragrance - spearmint-eucalyptus - is quite nice and is perfect for some soaps I'm doing. I'm pleased with the quality of everything, and your prices are very good too. Just wanted to let you know you've got a happy (and future returning) customer!
