I didn't really expect an answer for some time, being a week-end and a holiday...but if memory serves me correctly, someone from your company called me the very next day.   • Thank you so very much for your overwhelmingly generous and prompt response to my lost order, I very much enjoyed all the wonderful samples you sent, so much so that I'm hoping another of my orders go astray! :) Really, you went above and beyond what anyone else would have done in the same situation, it is easy to see why you enjoy the reputation you have amongst soapers, you are one in a million.

    I just placed another Brambleberry order last week. While the distance between us might dictate that I should find a closer supplier, I, like many others, have seen you bridge that gap time and again with great products, fast shipping and the very best in customer service. It hardly makes sense to deal with anyone else when we get all this from you. My many, many thanks.

  • Oh I have to tell you (besides that fact that I love your company) but that Violet smells JUST like the violet candies...have you seen them? They are in a purple wrapper and they are violet sweet tarts almost..and they make gum too...it smells EXACTLY like it...if you haven't tried them you should...your violet is an identical match to these...

  • I remember Anne-Marie when she was just a small soapmaker like the rest of us. At one point we were going to start a soapmaking group and Anne-Marie suggested we all should move to Washington because it had such wonderfully cold winters (huh??)

    Then she opened Bramble Berry. Her business thrived, not only because of product quality but the best cutomer service around. Never a problem with Bramble Berry.

    I can't wait until the infared thermometers are back in stock. Her scales are the best around and for the best price as well. I have the one that will weigh up to 33 lbs (I think). It's a relief not to have to work with a 5 lb. scale for large batches.

  • You just gained all of the business I used to do with another company. The person I dealt with at Brambleberry when I had a problem was courteous, responsive, and did not insult my intelligence.
