Exactly what you'd expect
I've bought peppermint EO from a couple suppliers, with mixed results. This was low price, high quality, and the scent is just strong enough without being too much. It's perfect, and I'll be coming back for more!

Light mint and accelerates trace.
I ordered a good-sized bottle of this and have tried it in a several CP soaps. Although it smells good in the bottle, I didn't find the scent to be strong enough (or at least not what I was looking for) after saponification. I ended up ordering the Peppermint 2nd Distill in a follow up order and that seems to have a bolder mint. Also, in my experience, trace accelerated every time I used the Peppermint Oil, 1st distill - and I mean fast! Working quickly and cleanly, with everything laid out in advance, I barely got to get my batch molded (simple single separator for a vertical stripe) and found trace was already too far to get a good swirl on top, even though when I mixed the oils, I went to emulsion only, then split into two containers for mixing in with the already-saturated oil for color. I even tried it in a batch where I eliminated castor oil, since that can accelerate trace-but it moved right along So, all in all, nice but mild mint scent and be careful about trace acceleration
