Difficult Mold

This is a very difficult mold to use. The fact that it is white makes it virtually useless for putting in the white soap in the white lines. I have worked on mine for 1.5 hours. Have ultimately decided to scrap all of that work and start over with a different color. (Or else throw this mold in the garbage. I am not sure.) However, on the other hand, I have another mold that is virtually the same that I purchased at Wal Mart. That mold, since it is bright pink, is useable. Certainly it will also be hard to use since this is an intricate design. But, the fact that it is something (anything) other than white allows you to put the white soap in the lines and see it. I agree with the other writer that you must watch the video in order to be able to do this. I have watched several and understand the techniques. Nevertheless, seeing white soap in a white mold is impossible.

Love it, hate it

This mold is not for beginners. While the results are great, it is not simple to use. The accent soap covers 180 degrees of the mold. There is a Soap Queen website to show how to use it. I suggest looking at it. It isn't rocket science, but it does take some time (and scraping) to make it. Keep your clean up tool nearby!

Hi Heather! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We have found that a Injector Tool comes in handy with this mold, as seen in this Easter Basket Worthy Melt and Pour Tutorial!
