Find out how much of this scent to use
This seasonal fragrance will only be available while supplies last. It will return again in July, 2016.
Winter Grapefruit: Juniper and Grapefruit essential oils have long been used in spa detox programs. We can't think of a better fragrance to help combat the food excesses of Christmas! Enjoy this crisply innovative blend of Fresh Grapefruit, Juniper, and Italian Lemon. The scent smells like a Vodka Greyhound (for those of you indulging in those Christmas excesses) or a fresh grapefruit whirled up in a blender with a spring of pine needle and a handful of red currents. Winter Grapefruit is fresh, delighting to the senses and best of all, it smells like Christmas without smelling only of pine needles and spice.
NOTE: This low-flashpoint oil (138ºF) cannot ship via USPS, regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout.

CP: super easy to work with. No A, D, ricing, or seizing. I only bought a 2oz. bottle and wish that I would have bought a larger one. The scent was a really nice citrus with a little zing to it. I used 1.6oz in 40oz and the smell stayed strong. I sold out of it fast and never got a chance to use it in the shower.
I bought this scent based on the glowing reviews and had high hopes for a citrus-y scent. Right after pouring the soap, it smelled like, well, pot. I think the pine is the culprit. I had hoped that a cure would lessen the cannibus-type smell, but 3 weeks out and I can still smell it. I don't think it smells like grapefruit at all. I will try to mix with some litsea to see if I can infuse some citrus next time.
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Cindy! I'm sorry this scent wasn't your favorite. The pine notes give this fragrance a fresh, earthy smell. If you're looking for winter or grapefruit scents, you may like Fresh Snow Fragrance Oil, Winter Gardenia Fragrance Oil or Grapefruit Bellini Fragrance Oil.
This fragrance oil was very easy to work with and I had no discoloration which are the main reasons for giving it 4 stars. I was disappointed in the scent though. All I could smell for the first few weeks of cure was evergreen. It wasn't until later that I could barely detect a little of the grapefruit notes (and I still don't get any of the lemon or red current notes). It's a nice scent but unfortunately not what I bought it for and its not a seller for me in cold process soap.
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Kate! I'm sorry this scent wasn't your favorite. While this is a grapefruit fragrance, it does have other notes like pine. If you're looking for grapefruit scents, you may like Grapefruit Lily Fragrance Oil, Pink Grapefruit Fragrance Oil or Grapefruit Bellini Fragrance Oil.
Love it! Pink grapefruit with a warm juniper base note. I've used it in HP soap and dishwasher cubes. Sticks really well. Wish it had a higher flash point so I could use it in CPOP, but that is a minor criticism. ;) I always keep some on hand as my go-to citrus scent.
This reminds me a lot of Lush karma only a little fresher. Used with the Paisley tray mold for a hippie themed bar to give friends for Christmas!
