I received my order of the 60 blue glass bottles. When I went back a few days later to order some of your micas I noticed that the bottles had gone on sale at 1/2 the cost. To put it mildly, I was disappointed with my timing!

When my order arrived I saw that because the bottles had gone on sale shortly after I ordered, you charged me the sale price and not the full price. You didn't have to do that, yet you did. I don't think my mouth stopped smiling all night!

Please know how very much I appreciate what you did. It's wonderful to do business with people who are still human in their dealings and not motivated strictly by money. You had every right to say, "Sorry about that, but ..."; instead, you went more than the extra mile to make a customer happy. And I am a HAPPY customer!

I have a show on Sunday and found out on 4:45 Thursday afternoon that a shipment of items that I needed from another supplier that were ordered on tuesday for two day shipment were shipped today (Thursday) Meaning I wouldn't have the supplies for this show. In a frenzy, my husband and I panicked trying to find a place that could get the items to me. ASAP. We called Brambleberry and my husband spoke with Anne Marie who had the Fed EX guy right infront of her. She set the whole thing up, I got the supplies I needed and will have them by tomorrow.

As Im sure you know, the holidays are crunch time for soapers. We rely on our suppliers so we can make the bread and butter. It is so comforting to know that we have people like Anne Marie who are willing to go all out for their customers. It is this kind of customer service that will keep customers like me coming back.

Another woman I spoke to in one of my groups today is going through the same thing with another supplier and I quickly referred her to Brambleberry. I will continue to refer my soaping friends! ALSO, I just wanted to add that your Rise and Shine fragrance is one of TOP sellers...

I have to keep telling her to wait 30 days..lol

If that wasn't enough, when I received my order, I had a question and e-mail it. When I originally ordered on-line I was confused about my order, emailed and received a reassuring response back within an hour. That is good Customer Service! I received my goodies yesterday and on time. I like that someone actually wrote "thanks" with a smiley face on the receipt. Nice touch. I was so impressed! My 8 yr old daughter and I sat on my bed and had so much fun looking at all the great items. The packaging that you use is awesome and unique. The fragrance oils all smelled great and came in overwhelmingly big bottles at a great price. Thank you for the free sample as well. I am going to make some soaps and stuff for my husband with that one. He really like the smell of "Soapy Clean". I already used the ginger lime scent to make a body scrub and I used it today. I smell great! I don't know if I could give away any of the stuff I make with your fragrance oils because I want to keep them all to myself.

It's just what I needed -- I am already enjoying my own Oatmeal-Peppermint soap and Lemon-Lime-Rosemary soap. I used to love the white glycerin Oatmeal-Peppermint soap from Garden Botanika. But our local store closed, so this soap is now only available by mail order -- which makes each bar now about $8 each with shipping! So thankful I can make my own now. Your white melt-and-pour glycerin base has wonderful lather, and melts in a double-boiler in about 3 minutes. This means I can have a bar of my own soap ready and drying on the rack in just 45 minutes

I'm convinced you're "ounces" are bigger than everyone else's. I ordered from you because your prices were so much better, and because you had absolutely everything I needed. Most importantly, as you can see from above [this note], I had a lot of questions. I'm new to this, and really have no idea what I'm doing. So being able to write Anne-Marie was really great. After the third go round, I figured I might get a polite email asking me to stop writing and leave Anne-Marie alone. But I didn't! I just got answer after answer.
