Cream of Tartar- Controls the pH of egg whites and results in increased volume, stability and more uniform texture of the finished products.

We love to use a little in our Bath Bomb Cupcake Frosting to make sure it doesn't deflate.

Ingredients: calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate, adipic acid, corn starch.
