This has been a top seller for me . I have given the soap products , that I've used this in, many names . All happy energetic names. When I was in a pinch, and out of this Frag, I made my own using BB Champagne and also the Tangerine surplus. It smells Devine
I had no problems with acceleration in my cp soap. Having read all the other reviews I decided to divide my soap batch into the 3 separate bowls and then stirred in the orange, yellow and deep pink colorants in. Then lastly I hand stirred in the fragrance separately in each container. Poured into 2 separate molds in layers and swirled. OHH....and I added bergamot essential oil to help ground the fragrance in. People are liking this scent a lot!
Let me say first off that I am not a "sweet" scents person, so when i smelled this OOB I was okay with it but not totally in love with it.... So I decided to try blending it with BB's Neroli & Shea Blossom.....now THAT is a great scent! If you like "earthy" scents, this blend will please you~ I did 1/2 and 1/2......this will be a regular scent for me :)
I used this in CP. Sold out and had to make more, so I made 25 pounds more! Another staple fragrance. I was able to swirl one batch easily and embed curls in the other batch. This FO can be mixed with other fragrances to lift them. I also used this in some bath bombs. Uplifting and refreshing!
What I originally wrote several weeks after making the soap : Energy wasn't as complex as I would have liked. It is a nice, candy citrus scent. I used it in CPOP and perhaps this took away some of the deeper notes I could smell pre-gel. I thought it was a good Christmas scent, so I used it with red white and green :) which has caused some looks of confusion (people were expecting peppermint). I might try it with some peppermint EO because there was this orange mint lip balm back in the 1970's that I loved, and I think Energy would be the right citrus scent to re-create that smell. It also reminded me of Tang, lol! Addendum to original review:11/1/14 - I MUST add that even though this is not my favorite, it is a total winner for excellent staying power - it does not fade, it deepens. When the soap gets wet, the fragrance explodes! I did use the max amount. I will most assuredly be buying this one again!!! A gem!
I tried this scent as I had read some great reviews about it. I wasn't disappointed at all! It has a great uplifting, and dare I say "energizing" feel. No acceleration, and I had plenty of time to do some swirls after mixing into my oils.
Just like the relaxing fragrance oil this is fabulous!! Again I have used this in several products and plan to use in more. Can't get enough.
This is a best seller in my cp soap and body butters! The scent is fresh, fruity and fun. I call it my universal soap as I have never had a customer that smelled it and didn't like it. I have a waiting list for the soap when I run out!
I tried this fo because eo's don't stick too well in CP. Well I'm really not a fan of this scent. It has a strange citrus smell that my daughter actually pin pointed yesterday. This smells EXACTLY like orange Gatorade. If you want orange Gatorade scented soap go for it. Noone here in Florida at my markets likes it.

Hi Hilary! I'm sorry this scent wasn't your favorite. If you're looking for citrus scents, you may like Creamsicle Cybilla Fragrance Oil, Ginger Lime Fragrance Oil, or Lemon Verbena Yankee Type Fragrance Oil.
excellent FO Fresh beautiful Amazing BB still for me the best FO in the market and I tried Several CO.BB is my First Choice and the Quality of the Fragrances is A++++
I really love the way this fragrance smells. It reminds me of orange blossoms and candy. This particular fragrance oil, when used in cold process at maximum fragrance levels, will seriously slow down the soap from thickening up. In fact, I've never experienced such a slow moving soap! At first I thought my batch was bad, but the next day it had firmed up a bit. If you're looking to try out a rainbow tiger stripe swirl - this is the fragrance for you! The results are beautiful in cold process soap and wonderful in melt and pour too.
All my customers love this fragrance. It goes great in every product I have tried it in. I have used it in soaps, scrubs, lotions, body sprays and massage oils. If I had to use only one fragrance this would be the one. I could use it by the gallon.
Absolutely love this FO! Perfect in my scrub....going to make a complete set with scrub, soap, and possibly lotion...
A great refreshing citrus blend...can see this as a summer staple.
This is my absolute favorite! It's so easy to work with (I do CP soap) and is my personal favorite scent in all I've tried so far. It is also the favorite among my customers as well. Top pick!!!
This is one of my personal favorites...it works so well in CP. Lots of time to work with it. My customers love this one...it's another one that I have to restock all of the time. Love it!
Slow as molasses and no discolor. SWIRL CITY!!! This will be a staple!
Energy is my best selling soap! It performs well in CP with no discoloration at all. This is an excellent fragrance for both men and women. I will always have this on hand!
I absolutely love this fragrance! I received it last night and I immediately made some hot process soap with it. It smells like sweet citrus and the smell is still strong in my soap.
Energy fo is almost overwhelming in it's pleasantness. I don't know how else to describe it. The fragrance is very deep and rich but manages to be light and airy at the same time. It's just a beautiful scent. I am SUPER happy with how it stands up in both cp & hp soap. I use this in a carrot based soap, so if there is any discoloring I don't notice it because of the natural orange in the carrots. No acceleration. It goes very well with my super hippie kombucha soaps and sells like crazy. Definitely in the top 3 of my best selling soaps. I use .70 ppo. Love it love it :)
Love the citric freshness and sparkiness of this. It discoloured my soap more than I expected. I will only put it in the dark colours next time.

Hi Jo! We've actually used this fragrance in several cold process and melt & pour projects and never had any problem with it discoloring. We'd love to know more about the discoloration in your soap so that we can help troubleshoot what happened. If you would like an example of this fragrance in cold process, we've actually included a picture above!
Oh this is just such a happy and uplifting scent - everyone loves it. congratulations to the "nose" who combined these lovely scents.
This one performs very nice in CP soap, fragrance lasts, I am able to do a lot of multi color swirls and effects with out any acceleration or anything. fragrance is sweet, reminds me of lemon drop candy. it is one of my best sellers.
Its not sweet tarts...its orange tic tacs. Wife and I are in agreement. Its a very uplifting fragrance.
Super easy fragrance to work with and sell. Appealing to both men and women. I've never had one person say they didn't care for this scent!
It smells like Sweet Tarts; puckery sour-sweet. It's good, and worth buying. Great to work with; another that almost seems to SLOW trace in CP soap, which is fantastic for any soapmaker, but if you're just starting out, this one will help you if you're wanting to learn different techniques.
I agree with some of the other commenters on the point that the fragrace is super sweet. IMHO, it was too sweet, especially in my solid sugar scrub bars. Hmmm...I might end up calling it "Candy Shop" fragrance, because that's what it smells like to me. This scent is definetely a hit-or-miss, but if you don't mind very sweet smells, this is a super FO! For me, though, I will want to use a less sweet oil like the Exotic Smoothie one or Kumquat recommended in replies. (Kumquat sounds really interesting!)
I wish I could rate this higher than a 5. This is an uplifting citrus FO. It doesn't discolor and really lasts in CP. I also use it in other body products as well.
A fantastic fragrance that is a best seller for me. Men, women and children all seem to adore this fragrance and so do I. I always hold a soap bar of this fragrance back for my own use ;-)
Very easy to use in cold process and the scent holds. I experiment with lots of different fragrances but I always keep a big bottle of this one on my supply shelf at all times.
I put this in my salt bars. Perfect, soaped fantastic, no color change, I will use again.
The first time I smelled this out of the bottle I was in love! 90% of my wholesale/bulk orders have been for this scent and people adore it! After making a few hundred bars with it one week I *did* get a bit sick of it and it started to get vinegary-smelling to me, but now that I've had a bit of a break I'm back to loving it!
Behaves really well in CP, and sticks like a dream for a citrus FO. It's not a standout favorite of mine, but is definitely a nice fragrance, and great for intricate designs.
I LOVE this scent. While it is on the sweet side, it has a multitude of tangy citrus scents to back up and balance said sweetness out. Reminds me of a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. Has behaved well in every batch i've used it in, doesn't morph or discolour.
I was unimpressed by it out of bottle, but quickly changed my mind once i got a whiff of it in soap
I absolutely love all my Brambleberry scents but this one. It smells like sweettarts candy and a bit too sugary for me. I probably wont end up using this one unless I make soaps specifically for teen girls in the future.

If Energy is too sugary sweet for you, we would suggest trying either our
Exotic Fruit Smoothie Fragrance Oils
for a still sweet but citrus scent.
This is an easy FO to work with no issues at ll. I don't care for the smell much, it has a cedar woodchip undertone that reminds me of a clean gerbil cage. But, it is a best seller. I made a batch that I blended a little patchouli with it and ITP poured it with burgundy oxide against natural base. I called it "Fire and ice" and 1 customer bought all 12 bars for her teenaged son and friends because they liked Game of Thrones.

If Energy isn't one of your favorite scents, we would suggest checking out a couple other citrus-type fragrances like
Exotic Fruit Smoothie,
I agree with Amy again! I just wasn't crazy about this scent either and surprised to see it was a best seller. My daughter, who's in her early 20's liked it better than I did and said it smelled like Skittles candy to her. It was easy to work with and I did a nice swirl with it.
This is a very very popular scent but I think I'm about the only person on earth who doesn't care for it. Smells like a sweettart or pez to me and that's just not for me. However, it is extremely easy to work with- no acceleration or discoloration and sticks well. And as mentioned, it seems nearly universally popular.

Hi Amy! If the Energy Fragrance Oil scent isn't one for you, I would suggest these other fruity scents that might work better::
Rise And Shine,
Energy behaves really well in CP soap and is great to use in soaps with complicated swirls. It sticks well. I like the fragrance, and I agree that it's a great summery scent, but I don't really detect the citrus notes.
