personal but not customer favorite

I bought this several years ago, and didn't care for it OOB. Finally I soaped with it about a year ago, and really liked it. Unfortunately my customers did not.

Hi Cindy! I'm glad you ended up liking the smell of this scent in your soap, though I'm sorry it wasn't a customer favorite. We love the warm spicy notes blended with fresh orange in our Ginger Souffle Surplus Fragrance Oil. If you're looking for other bakery scents you may like Gingersnap Fragrance Oil, Pumpkin Souffle Fragrance Oil, or Almond Biscotti Fragrance Oil.

Ginger Soufflé Super Fan

To say that I’m an Origins Ginger Soufflé fan would be an understatement! I love this scent and it is pretty much my favorite scent of all time. So when I saw that BB was offering it, I jumped right on the bandwagon. Fragrance is so subjective but as I own every Ginger Sufflé product ever made, in this case, it’s fairly absolute. The first scent that jumps out at me is either your Honey Beeswax or Milk and Honey fragrance…both of which I’m not a fan. I don’t think this comes even close to the actual scent and I’m fairly surprised that BB thought it close enough to define it as such.

Sharp Chemical Soup

I bought this with the description in mind. Warm baked souffle with ginger. I opened it and immediately closed it back up. On a whim I went ahead and used it in a test batch hoping cold process would do something to it. If anything the fragrance became more flat with less depth now it really is just a biting sharp chemical note like that of imitation cinnamon. I am hoping I can find a way to blend it in with another fragrance oil for something a little more tolerable.

Very unpleasant faake-y chemical note blasts right out of the bottle, and then fades to overall nothing,so save your money and pass on this.

Adore it!

I simply adore this fragrance, it is sweet, spicy and warm. It brings back memories of time spend in grandma's kitchen when she baked. I love working with it although it does discolour to more than a light tan I just colour around that. My favourite!
