Description
This recipe is great way to cut unnecessary chemicals out of your skincare routine.
Witch hazel is a common ingredient in toners. It's very gentle, and it can even be used on its own. Cucumber essential water adds skin-loving properties, while tea tree essential oil gives the toner a fresh scent.
To use, spray or pour the toner onto a cotton pad. Sweep across dry, clean skin. Follow with serum and a moisturizer. You can also use the toner as a facial spritz throughout the day.
