Hi Kerri! I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble removing your soap. When making cold process soap with heavy duty molds, they often need a little extra time in the mold in order to remove. I would recommend letting them sit in the mold for about a week before attempting to remove. I would also recommend popping your soap in the freezer for 1 to 24 hours, this often helps release the soap. Using a larger proportion of hard oils like Cocoa Butter and Palm Oil can help as well :) I will be emailing you personally to help you troubleshoot, so please look for my email!
