Terah from Bramble Berry replies...Hi Sue! I'm sorry you were disappointed in this essential oil. We love the relaxing, pure scent of our Chamomile, Roman, Domestic Essential Oil! We choose our essential oils based on their purity, this is 100% pure and undiluted. Often times essential oils that are pure and undiluted don't smell that great, especially right out of the bottle. They are often used more for their aromatherapy benefits than the scent. Also, chamomile essential oils smell differently based on what type of chamomile it is made from. You may like our Chamomile, German, Blue Essential Oil.
Terah from Bramble Berry replies...Hi Regina! I'm sorry you did not like this essential oil! We love our Chamomile, Roman, Domestic Essential Oil! It is 100% pure and obtained through steam distillation. We choose our essential oils based on their purity. Though, often pure and undiluted essential oils don't smell that great, especially right out of the bottle. Also, keep in mind, being a natural product the scent can change depending on the crop that year and other seasonal variations. I will email you personally to resolve this issue.
