Cream of Tartar- Controls the pH of egg whites and results in increased volume, stability and more uniform texture of the finished products.

We love to use a little in our Bath Bomb Cupcake Frosting to make sure it doesn't deflate.

Botanical Name:  Calcium sulfate, Monocalcium phosphate, Adipic acid, Corn starch
Common Name:  Cream of Tartar
