This clear, colorless silicone adds a silky texture, luster and sheen without the oily residue. Known as a skin conditioner and an emollient. It evaporates quickly, making it an excellent carrier for perfume!
Use at 1% to 5% in lotions, conditioners, and salves for a nice silky, non-greasy feel. To make a perfume mix 1 ounce of Cyclomethicone with 1/10 oz of fragrance or essential oil. Shake well and apply to skin.
INCI: Cyclohexasiloxane (and) Cyclopentasiloxane
NOTE: This medium-flashpoint oil (170ºF) will ship FedEx only, regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout. It cannot ship via USPS (i.e. Priority Mail or Flat Rate)

Hi Miya! Most fragrance oils mix in well with Cyclomethicone, but because not all have been tested for this application, it’s possible that not all will mix in thoroughly. To help your fragrance or essential oils combine better, I would recommend adding DPG (Dipropylene Glycol) and Isopropyl Alcohol. You can see an example of this recipe in
