Feliz Navidad:Christmas is celebrated a bit differently in Mexico than in the United States with celebrations starting days before the actual holiday. Holiday festivities culminate on Noche Buena (Christmas Eve) with the celebration of a late-night Misa de Gallo (Rooster's Mass). Afterwards families head home for a traditional Christmas supper which may feature a simple fare. Feliz Navidad fragrance is based around the dishes prepared at this festive time: revoltijo de romeritos (wild greens), Ensalada de noche Buena (Christmas Fruit Salad with lots of oranges), Ponche (a hot fruit punch), sidra (sparkling cider) and supporting notes of Flor de Noche Buena (Christmas Eve Flower). This is a complex blend that you'll enjoy making and telling the story behind it! Works great in cold process and discolors to tan.
