Loaf Mold: Our favorite basic mold is this 2.5 pound loaf mold. Measuring 9 1/4 inches long, 2 3/4" deep, and 3 1/4" across at widest point - it tapers slightly to make it easier to remove your soap. This mold can hold 40 liquid ounces, but we recommend only filling the mold to 1/4" below the mold edge for an easier release. Made from a clear durable plastic this mold can be used for melt & pour and cold process soapmaking. It is temperature resistant to 150 degrees.
