Reply from Bramble Berry Hi Rhonda! I'm sorry to hear you had a hard time removing your soap from the mold. I would recommend spraying the mold with 99% isopropyl alcohol. This will help the letters come out of the mold easily. Another trick is placing your soap in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This will result in the soap constricting slightly and make for an easier removal. I will email you personally to help troubleshoot!
