This kit is a little different than our other kits in that you can remove or get extra of each item in your shopping cart (and the price will adjust accordingly) before you check out. If you have never made soap from scratch before, please check out Anne-Marie’s four part series on cold process before trying this recipe. It is really important to understand how to work with sodium hydroxide (lye) so that you are soaping on the safe side.
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Kimberley! I'm so glad your Sunshine Soap came out well. Though, I'm sorry it had no scent to it at all. For this recipe we found that 2 oz Yuzu Cybilla Fragrance Oil and 2 oz of 10X Orange Essential Oil made a heavenly scent in our soap as seen in our Making Sunshine Cold Process Soap tutorial. I will email you personally to help troubleshoot!
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Joshua! I'm glad you like the feel of the soap! In our tests, we found that the scent stayed well in the soap after four weeks. I'll be emailing you personally to help troubleshoot!
