Love the Scent!

This is a wonderful scent I used in a caramel apple soap. I basically made 2 soaps, one scented with apple sage and green mica and the other with no color and this caramel FO to plan for the discoloration. For the 1st time ever I am disappointed there is no discoloration at all. It smells wonderful, but next time I'll need to add some brown colorant to the caramel portion.

not for CP soap

I've tried two times making soap and altho this smells so good out of the bottle it does not hold up in CP soap at all but on the other hand it makes great Lotions and Lotion bars so at least I could still use it somewhere!

Hi Tammie! I'm so glad you love the smell of our Chipotle Caramel Fragrance Oil! Though I'm sorry it's not holding up well in your cold process soap. We've found this scent sticks well in CP though we do choose all of our fragrance oils off of a full 6 week cure as they often come back stronger at that point. I would recommend waiting the full cure and seeing how you like it! For more information check out our How to Prevent Scent Fading in Soap blog post.

This smells amazing. It makes me want to take a bite out of my soaps. It's most a delicious caramel scent but I can definitely pick up a "foodie spice" behind it. I have only used in MP soap so far and the scent is holding perfectly so far after 3 months. Superb!

Some "Nose"

OOB, I for one smell caramel & clove and not the chipotle but my daughter can smell a hint of it. Some people pick up notes that others can't. Either way, I like it and I think it's a great bakery scent

No chipotle, but great anyways!

There's no chipotle at all, not even a little bit, but who cares, this FO is fantastic! I'll always keep it in stock for both MP
