For CP soap and plastic molds

With a paint brush, I applied a layer of cyclomethicone to a plastic mold. I used with CP soap and it was a breeze to remove. I did this at the suggestion of a BB Customer Service person. Great advice!

Super soft and mixes wonderfully ! I also love to use it in my bath bomb molds.

Great Multi-Use Product

I primarily use this in my body sprays. Everyone loves it because it is a dry body spray & disperses the scent very well. I recently tried it in my body lotion at 2% and it worked very well. It adds a bit of a silky feeling to my lotions but is not greasy at all. Brambleberry has the best price & quality Cyclomethicone. BB will continue to be my source for this item.

Love it!

I use this in my conditioner and my salve. Works great for my hair and absorbs nicely into my skin. I really like it and will continue to use it.

Doesn't mix well.

Does leave skin soft - I applied to wrists and it dries without leaving any grease behind. Cloudy when 5% fragrance oil is added. Fragrance oil will not blend with it no matter how long and hard I shake - it keeps separating from it, sort of like those "tornado in a bottle" oil-in-water experiments kids make. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there an additive that will help with the cloudiness and separation?

Hi Miya! Most fragrance oils mix in well with Cyclomethicone, but because not all have been tested for this application, it’s possible that not all will mix in thoroughly. To help your fragrance or essential oils combine better, I would recommend adding DPG (Dipropylene Glycol) and Isopropyl Alcohol. You can see an example of this recipe in this blog post!
