Patina Sheen Mica: This mica is a beautiful silvery green. It's got a lovely iridescent quality to it that makes it perfect for scents that require a more dusky green.
NOTE: This color goes gray in cold-process soap.
To use this mica in Melt and Pour Soap: Wet the mica with rubbing alcohol until a liquid slurry is made. This usually is about a 1:1 mix of mica and rubbing alcohol. Add the desired amount of the slurry to the melted soap and stir to combine.
To use this mica in Cold Process Soap: Combine the mica with a light, liquid oil such as sweet almond or sunflower oil. Mix the mica at a rate of 1 Tbsp of oil to 1 tsp of mica. Increase the amounts as needed. Add this color mixture at trace.

This makes a great swirl in CP soaps, especially for a masculine scent!
This is one of my favorite BB mica's! The colors are subtle in clear m&p's. The way I like using it the most is for decorating my completed soaps. It's fabulous.
I got this with the "Earthtones and Metallic Micas Sampler Pack". I've used it in clear and goat's mil M&P. In the clear it's definitely a deep sage color with a lovely tint of dark blue/grey. In the white it looses that hint of blue, but the soft sage color is great! It's the color I use for my "Herbaceously Lemon" and "Smokey Spearmint" in clear M&P, and it's perfect for both! It also kinda reminds me of the green of the sea on an calm, overcast day. Love it!
