Highly recommend this for people starting cold process and melt and pour soaping. The images are a huge plus! Finally someone showed me what a "trace" really looks like :-). Many other things are useful including information on colorants.
I got this book because I had heard it was good and wanted to try to learn more about soaping. This book has everything in it: cold process, hot process, liquid soap and more. It even has recipes for all the different kinds of soap. I think it's a great book for beginners and even for veteran soapers to brush up on their knowledge of soap making.
