came in a bag

When i first purchased this colorant i was delighted in how it performed in my soap and LOVED that when i bought the 1oz it came in a jar, when i opened my order of the 16oz today I was really disappointed that it came shoved in a thin plastic bad tied in a knot, not even a resealable bag... really missed the mark there BB

Love the blue

Love the blue, but having trouble with dark blue spots at bottom of mold (using in MP soap). I mixed with alcohol first, then poured into soap, then stirred for sometime until it seemed to be a even color. When I unmolded the soap there were dark spots of blue at the top of the soap. Actually kind of like the look, but it wasn't what I was trying for. Also based on others comments, i am concerned it may dye washclothes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Beautiful color in CP

I use this in CP to make a range of blue hues (depending upon how much titanium dioxide I include). I detect a very subtle odor, but I would not have noticed it if I didn't just specifically check. Great colorant, well behaved. One of my favs.

Great product

Works well in CP soap. Dissolves in water very easily. Definitely has absolutely no scent as mentioned by previous reviewers.

Smells Horrible

I should have read the reviews before using this color. Great color, horrible smell. I'm kicking myself because I usually always read reviews, ect. before purchasing or using. Now I have to make customers special order again because the whole batch is ruined. I think Brambleberry should put in the description the issue with smell

Hi Barbara! I'm sorry you had that experience! Our Ultramarine Blue Pigment is a natural ultramarine which can definitely have a sulfur smell. We've found that when used in a scented soap the smell is easily covered. We have updated the product description as you mentioned to reflect that!
