Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • Coconut Soy Wax - 1 lb
  • Coconut Soy Wax - 5 lbs
  • Wick Stickers - 10 Sheets (100 Stickers)
  • Eucalyptus and Cotton Fragrance Oil - 3.5 oz
EQUIPMENT:
  • Gold Candle Tins - 24 Tins
  • Cd-12 Wick - 100 wicks
  • Printable Party Favor Candle Topper

Instructions

You will need:

  • 24 Gold Candle Tins
  • 24 CD-12 Wicks
  • Wick Stickers
  • 90 oz. Coconut Soy Wax
  • 3.5 oz Eucalyptus & Cotton Fragrance Oil

Follow these steps:

1

Place a half-filled pot of water on the stove, bring it to a low simmer, and nest a pouring pitcher or other heat-safe container inside. Add 90 ounces of Coconut Soy Wax. Allow the wax to melt. Note: if you do not have a pouring pitcher large enough to hold 90 ounces of wax, you can do this project in two parts by dividing the wax and fragrance in half.

2

Add all of the Eucalyptus & Cotton Fragrance Oil. Once the wax reaches 185° F, remove it from the heat and slowly stir in the fragrance for 1-2 minutes to fully incorporate. Set aside to cool.

3

Adhere a wick stickers to the bottom of the CD-12 wicks, and adhere to the bottom of each candle tin. When the wax cools to about 135° F, pour it into each candle tin. If needed, steady the wick using popsicle sticks or chopsticks.

4

Allow the wax to fully cool and harden for 4-6 hours. Trim the wick. Once the candles are completely firm, light and enjoy. Optional: add your free printable candle toppers! Be sure guests know to remove the toppers before burning.
