How to use it:
Use up to 25% fragrance oil in the base at full strength for a rich, traditional perfume feel.
Diluting with isopropyl alcohol to stretch your batch? Cap fragrance oil at 15% when diluting to 50% alcohol.
Mix order matters: dilute with alcohol first, mix thoroughly, then add fragrance oil.
