I'm Impressed!

I don't usually leave many reviews but I had to on this product. I had little 1/2 inch plastic roses that I really wanted to be soap embeds. I bough this small size of the putty to try it out and I held little hope that it would work well enough to show the detail of each petal. So I kneaded the putty per the instructions and rolled out a length that I sort of flattened out on the top. all along the length I pushed the roses into it. After it set up I popped the roses out and thought that the petals were just fine slits and would not be of use. But, after pouring in the melt and pour and those set up I popped the soap embeds out and they were gorgeous! All detail was there. I was so excited I could squeal! I'm getting more of this! I have lots of ideas now. Oh, and I really wish we could post pictures of the finished product so you could see them.

Very Disappointed :-(

I was so excited to try this to make my Pineapple mold. I watched the videos and read everthing and was ok I can do this. I had it mixed and got it the size I needed. It hardened so fast that rolling my pineapple over it left no imprint at all. I was so upset. I really wanted to make my Pineapple soap. :-(

Hi Kristin! I'm sorry you were disappointed in this product. We love the pattern it adds to the Perfect Pineapple Soap Tutorial. The Flexy Fast Molding Putty can be tricky to work with and does harden quickly. Once you have the putty all mixed and there are no pink streaks, lay it flat and start running the pineapple over it, pressing firmly as you go. You can see that process in this video. Customer service has contacted you directly to resolve this issue :-)

The video helps

I finally got out my trial size putty to attempt to make a mold of my grandsons favorite cartoon character, which I can't seem to find anywhere. It turned out "okay", but if I wouldn't have watched the tutorial from Soap Queen it could have been a real fiasco! The mold I made is useable but I am going to order the larger size as I know have a better idea of what I am doing and what to expect. Seriously the molds you can make on your own are endless. No instructions came with it but I can download and print from BB.
