Sometimes change is good, but not in this case..

We have used this fragrance for years and it always sells very well and I always nice a few bars for myself. This last bottle of fragrance smelled absolutely horrible, kind of a Raspberry, Lavender, Basil, harsh cleaning t chemical odor. Had to throw the whole batch away. Would have been embarrassed to try and sell it. Too bad because it used to be one of our favorites! Oh well, Brambleberry has lots of other amazing fragrances!

I miss the original

I've soaped with this fragrance for years, with great results. Mixing it with a touch of lime gave my raspberry soap a sweet and tart fragrance that sold well all summer. But the citral shortage forced a reformulation of my beloved Sun-Ripened Raspberry, and it no longer smells like the berry it once was. It is now herbal with a hint of clove, and the soap I made with it was a disappointment. I’ll be taking it out of my inventory until “Classic” raspberry returns.

If you're looking for another raspberry to try in your blend in the meantime you may prefer Raspberry Jam Fragrance Oil.

I mixed this with the 10x Orange Essential Oil and Cream Cheese Frosting to make Orange Raspberry Sorbet Bath Bombs, seriously smells amazing!! I will try that combo in other products too!

Summer must have

I love this fragrance oil! I am a new soap maker and used this fragrance oil along with the BB Champagne fragrance oil for my first creative foray into playing with scents. I called it my Raspberry Champagne soap and everyone loved it!

This was the first fragrance I soaped with. I was disappointed after reading the description: this doesn't smell like a fresh raspberry. That being said, it is a decent fragrance. It smells pleasant, and there is a very faint, but distinct 'ripening' note to it. I wouldn't buy this again, but it's far from 'bad.'

Hi Angela! I'm sorry this fragrance wasn't your favorite. If you're looking for fruity scents, you may like Cranberry Fig Fragrance Oil, Cucumber and Kiwi Fragrance Oil, or Pearberry Fragrance Oil.
