Reply from Bramble BerryHi Tina! I'm sorry this mold wasn't your favorite. In our tests and recipes, we've found soap pops out smoothly from this mold. If you're making cold process soap, it can take up to a week for this soap to unmold, depending on your recipe. You can speed up this process by adding 1 tsp. of sodium lactate per pound of oils to your cooled lye water. You can read more in this Sunday Night Spotlight: Sodium Lactate. I'll be emailing you personally to help troubleshoot!
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Megan! I'm so glad you like the mold! We've found 99% isopropyl alcohol is great for cleaning these molds and removing scent. To clean those molds, spray liberally with the alcohol and let it sit for half an hour. Then, wipe the mold off with a paper towel and wash with warm water and dish soap. You can also sprinkle a little baking soda on the mold, let that sit for 30 minutes and wash with warm water and dish soap. I'll be emailing you personally to talk about this!
Reply from Bramble BerryHi Vicki! I'm sorry this product wasn't your favorite. When we poured soap into the mold, we didn't fill it all the way to the top. We left about 1/2 inch at the top. That helps the soap pop out of the mold easily. I'll be emailing you personally to discuss this!

During this cleanse, Patti discovered lacto-fermentation of vegetables. This discovery soon developed into a hobby, which has now turned into a […]
