Aqua Pearl Mica - When the original formula was discontinued by the vendor, we searched high and low to bring you this new Aqua Pearl! This formulation is darker than the original, but you can use a bit less mica to achieve similar hues.
Performance in Cold Process Soap: This mica performs beautifully in cold process soap. The color lightens to a bit more aqua, and a bit less green. Usage shown in photo above is 1 tsp of mica per lb of soap.
This mica was revised February, 2016

True to description, no morphing in cp. doesn't take much to get a beautiful color! Will buy again!
I added this mica to a batch of the basic quick mix soap, and was bothered when it turned a bizarre olive green on me. I should not have worried so--it turned right back to a lovely shade of aqua 24 hours later and created a lovely bar of soap! I absolutely love this color.
I LOOOOOVE this mica. It is definitely my new favorite. I used it for the first time last night in my cold process, and am itching to use it again! The color is JUST GORGEOUS! LOVE IT! It is bright and happy with plenty of shimmer! I had to stop myself from dumping the whole jar in or smearing it all over everything! Beautiful!
This is my favorite mica color I have used so far. I mixed it in the Aloe Melt and Pour base with some colloidal powder. Turned out so pretty.
Gorgeous!!!! Beautiful Color...I am so pleased with this combination for one of my Lavender soaps. I did not think that it would stay separated as in the past with other colorants that turned to grey or muddy...both colors the Amethyst and the Aqua are bright and beautiful. Thanks for having such a wonderful and easy to use product product especially for a beginner like me:) L.Q.Lavender Queen
