All Natural Bath Tea Soak: ONE: Measure the Medium Grain Dead Sea Salt into a medium sized container. To the salt, add the following amounts of each essential oil: 6 drops Hungarian Lavender, 3 drops Clary Sage, 3 drops Ylang Ylang, and 5 drops Orange 10X. Mix the essential oils into the salts well. TWO: Add the Egyptian Chamomile, Dried Calendula, and Lavender Grade 1 to the salts and stir until combined. THREE: Spoon the mixture into the tea bags, filling them about 1/3 full. Seal the open side with a hot iron.
How to use the Bath Soaks: For optimal use fill bath with lukewarm (not hot) water and soak in bath for at least 20 minutes at a time. If you don't have time for a full bath you can fill a tub with lukewarm water and soak your feet for 10 minutes.

NOTE: Citric Acid, Baking Soda, and SLS can all tickle the nose a bit. If you’re sensitive, be sure to wear a mask! TWO: Sift the ingredients through a mesh colander to remove any clumps. THREE: Add the Relaxing Fragrance Oil and mix until fully incorporated. FOUR: Spoon the mixture into the tea bags. Seal the open side with a hot iron. NOTE: Only fill tea bags with 2 Tablespoons of ingredients.
