Royal!

At 1tsp/PPO I actually get a very deep, stunning shade of royal blue in CP with this mica! It's very pretty & my absolute "go-to" blue! A little goes a long way, so cutting that amount in half produces a lighter shade that reminds me of blue raspberry! This is a versatile color that performs beautifully in CP! Because it's more of a traditional shade, it also makes for wonderful color blending! This mica is actually identical to one of my favorite shades from a different supplier called "La Bomba Blue", only much more affordable, so I'm EXTREMELY happy Brambleberry carries this awesome mica at such a great price! I won't buy it anywhere else now, and definitely recommend this beautiful, multi-functional color!

Beautiful

I wish we could add pictures to our reviews so you can see how pretty these turned out. I recently decided to try the micas instead of the glycerin liquid colors & I'm so glad I did! This was the perfect blue for my Alice in Wonderland themed soaps. A little goes a long way, I used 1/4 tsp per 2lb batch in clear M&P (the SPIC clear base) and it is stunning. The slight shimmer & pearlescence makes the color dance in the soaps.

So glad to find this!

I used to get this exact colorant from another vendor, but it became so very expensive, I quit. I was delighted to see and use and discover it is the same at an affordable price. Thanks again, Brambleberry!

Wow

Purchase this inside the sample package -due to being a new soap maker. This is my fist time using Carribean blue in a simple ingedrgent. Although it held up beautiful in CP . It wasn't pleasing in the HP for me in but my wife and frends love the deep blue . In the end it's worth a purchase my wife loves the color both in CP /MP..

Do Not use in bath bombs

When used in bath bombs it stains skin and bathtubs

Tina from Bramble Berry replies...
Hi Mariah! While micas are safe in bath bombs, because they're powders they tend to float on the surface of the water and stick to the ring around the tub which makes for some extra cleanup -- though there shouldn't be any staining after you wipe it off! To help disperse the micas into the bathwater you can use Polysorbate 80 in your bath bombs as seen towards the end of our Black Bath Bombs blog post. If you're looking for other options you may prefer our LaBomb Colorants which are specifically designed for bath bombs. Customer service has contacted you directly to help troubleshoot.
