Too much floral

I had ordered this as a special request from a friend who adores a dragon's blood mass market soap. The mixed reviews made me very leery, especially the reports of a 'baby powder' smell. I'm disappointed. This was not the musky amber I was looking for - there's too much rose and lilac in this blend. I'll be blending it with something more herbaceous to tone down the floral notes. Given the price and acceleration in CP of this product, I won't be buying it again.

Tina from Bramble Berry replies...
Hi Elizabeth! I'm sorry this scent ended up being too floral for you. Our Dragon's Blood Fragrance Oil is definitely more of a powdery incense smell with strong notes of rose, jasmine and lilac. You should be able to tone those down by blending in an herbaceous scent like you mentioned or a base note like Sensuous Sandalwood Fragrance Oil or Patchouli Fragrance Oil. If you're looking for another incense scent you may prefer Nag Champa Fragrance Oil.

I like

Estelle really good but to me it's more masculine so I will target this more towards my male customers.

PotPourri Fragrance

This smells like an expensive antique shop. I normally use pure essential oils for fragrance in my antique plantation house....but Brambleberry sent me a sample of this totally mis-named fragrance, and I immediately added it to my repertoire -- but only for the winter, since it is a heavy warm fragrance. Everyone should give this fragrance a try. My friends really like it....

price Shock

Is there any reason to change the price of our best selling scent from affordable 101 $ to 157 $ per 2.5 lbs?

Deep and masculine

Very masculine scent, with deep, rich notes. It is a bit too musky for my tastes, especially in an actual soap bar. I do really enjoy the scent it leaves behind on the skin when my boyfriend uses it.
