Too pricey

I bought this to make the roae clay and activated charcoal soap recipe. When choosing, I didn’t realize it says, 2ml as opposed to 2oz. Oob, it smells nice but soo little for the price. And didn’t have any faint smell to rose in end product. Pretty disappointed in size and price.

Not Sure About This

I really wanted to like this absolute after reading so many of the excellent reviews it received. Firstly, this product is really expensive. I bought the smallest quantity available and was still shocked over how little bang I got for my buck. I understand that absolutes tend to be far pricier, but The scent was not so great, either. Truth be told, I was expecting to be overwhelmed by the heady rose scent, but cannot say that this delivered at all. The scent was mild to almost non existent. I was very disappointed because this is one of the first Brambleberry products that I have bought that has no lived up to expectation.

The Rose Absolute is definitely expensive, it is one of the hardest essential oils to manufacture. Though to really get that deep smell you are going for you still have to use about the same amount as a normal fragrance. This translate to about 0.8 oz per pound of cold process soap or 0.24 oz per pound of lotion. If you're looking for another option you may prefer Wild Rose Fragrance Oil which smells really similar to a natural rose scent to me.

In Love with this scent

I am so happy I took a chance on this. Being a newbie I wasnt sure what this was supposed to smell like and WOW... all I can say is that I have some rose e.o. and this blows them completely out of the water.

Disappointed In The Scent

I am disappointed in the strength and quality of this rose scent. For the high price for 2ml I would think the scent would be a strong rose scent with no other scent mixed in with it.

Our rose absolute is pure and we do independent testing to confirm this. If you're looking for a stronger smell you may prefer a fragrance like our English Rose Fragrance Oil or Baby Rose Fragrance Oil.

Smells wonderful, and I'm not usually a big fan of Rose. You can tell it's pure essential oil too. My only complaint is WOW this is expensive! I really hope it last me a bit...
