‘Better than Castile' Quick Mix contains over 50% Olive Oil and is elegantly formulated to take advantage of the mildness of olive oil while ensuring a final bar that has enhanced foam, larger more stable bubbles and superior cleansing abilities. This Quick Mix contains a blend of opulent ingredients, including olive oil for conditioning prowess, coconut oil for its rich lather, sweet almond oil for its skin-nourishing benefits, canola oil for its velvety texture, castor oil for its lush foam, and vitamin E for its antioxidant properties.

Due to the high percentage of olive oil, this formula creates a softer bar than some cold process recipes. It will continue to harden during the curing process. To help speed up the process, consider formulating your recipe using a water discount.

  • Usage Instructions: Melt the Quick Mix bags in the microwave in 30 second bursts with the cap on. Mix is ready when fully melted and transparent. Shake well before using. Use lye calculator to determine correct ratio of distilled water and lye to add to quick mix.
