One drop of brown mixed into one ounce of clear M&P yielded a medium reddish brown and made the clear soap almost opaque. Its and OK brown to have in your palette, just not very powerful.
Reply from Bramble Berry Hi Lynne! I'm sorry the Liquid Brown Iron Oxide wasn't your favorite. In our tests and recipes we found this colorant can make a beautiful and vibrant reddish-brown hue. If you're looking for a deeper brown you just might love our Cappuccino Mica! The Liquid Brown Oxide is also supposed to go opaque as this is what all oxides do! If you're wanting a clear color I would recomend using our LabColors for M&P soap I'll be emailing you personally to discuss this further.
