Coconut Soy Candle Wax

You'll love this custom wax blend for container candles! The soy and coconut creates a slightly soft recipe that has great glass adhesion and scent throw, and minimal frosting. We tested dozens of recipes to find the perfect balance.

For the best results, we recommend using up to 10% fragrance oil.

We make this paraffin-free wax blend locally here in Bellingham, WA. The smaller sizes come in a heat-safe (microwaveable) bag for ease of use.

• Shelf Life Details: Shelf life begins on the date of manufacture and is defined as the shelf life of an ingredient when it is stored and handled properly. The shelf life is offered as a general guideline.
• Usage Instructions: sage Instructions: Melt the wax using a double boiler or in the microwave until it is fully clear and completely liquefied, making sure no solid pieces remain to prevent wax separation. The 1 lb and 5 lb sizes come in heat-safe bags that can be placed in a hot water bath or in the microwave; the 20 lb size comes in a block that can be cut into smaller chunks and melted in a double boiler or microwave-safe container. For fragrance, add up to 10% fragrance oil by weight (for example, up to 1 oz fragrance per 10 oz wax), at around 185 F and stir slowly but thoroughly for 1–2 minutes to ensure the scent is fully incorporated and does not separate. Allow the wax to cool to your preferred pour temperature; for best results with this wax, pour around 135°F into clean, room-temperature candle containers or wax tart molds. Let candles cool and cure undisturbed for at least 24–48 hours before burning to allow the wax and fragrance to fully bind and achieve optimal hot throw
